What happens after I check out?

Upon confirmation of your payment from our payment portals, you will receive a confirmation email from us indicating the delivery option you availed, a system generated unique reference number and other details of your order. Kindly keep this information confidential as you will need to present this upon delivery or pick up of your order. 

Delivery or pick-up?

Options may vary depending on the delivery address, the time of your purchase and item availability.

  • Pick up from a Miladay store

    After receiving the confirmation email, proceed to the store indicated within 2-5 working days during store hours.

    Kindly bring with you a print out or screenshot of your receipt and confirmation email. For your security, kindly present any government ID so that we may know you better.

  • Delivery to your doorstep or location of your choice through Miladay Moves:

    Miladay Moves, our in-house delivery fleet’s estimated delivery time will be between 2-5 working days, depending on the delivery address. Kindly give us your complete contact details and address so that we can deliver to you without delay. We wouldn’t want to keep you away any longer from enjoying your Miladay jewelry.

    Should you have any other concern, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us through our Miladay Customer Care at customer.service@miladayjewels.com (or any other link should there be any).

  • Not available to receive or pick up your order?

    No worries! You may send a representative on your behalf. Just let us know once you’ve received your confirmation email.

    Upon delivery or pick-up, kindly secure a copy of the receipt, email confirmation, copy of the credit/debit card use in the transaction and Government identification of you and your representative.
What if my location is too far?

As we do our best to reach all Metro Manila locations, should we encounter any delivery restrictions on your preferred address, we promise to give you a heads up before closing your purchase so that an alternative address or receiving option can be selected.

What happens to your unclaimed or undelivered orders?

We want you to enjoy your Miladay jewelry as soon as possible. If we cannot deliver it or you are not able to pick it up, we will hold the item for you for another 30 days.  In the meantime, please let us know your preferred delivery or pick-up option so that we can re-schedule it. We would love to accommodate you.

If you are still unable to receive your item of purchase within 30 days, we will offer it for sale and safe keep your payment with us. Don’t worry, you can always choose from any of our vast collections of jewelry pieces as a replacement and we assure you will find something that will definitely be of value to you.

Changed your mind prior to delivery?

No worries! Just let us know within 24 hours after payment and we will cancel the delivery. But if in any case you had another change of mind after 24 hours, our versatile exchange policy will allow you to choose from any of our collections as a suitable replacement, provided, of course, your choice for replacement is of equal selling price to your original order.

How about an exchange?

We can allow you to return your jewelry piece to us in exchange for another of equal value. As long as it is returned in its original saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by the receipt from our online store’s payment portal or a sales receipt from the store where you picked up your order.

If after 30 days you are satisfied with your purchase then we congratulate you because you’ve made a beautiful lifelong investment. Every day is a Miladay!
