Miladay Celebrates Faith and Hope at the Ephesus House

Following the Mass, people took part in the groundbreaking for Phase 2 of the compound, another step towards the foundation’s development goals. Miladay maintained its commitment to the Hermitage-Ephesus Foundation, Inc., helping to continue creating spaces for prayer, reflection, and fellowship.

Last May 13, 2026, several members of the Miladay organization, together with Chief Executive Officer Yvonne Dayrit-Romualdez and President Michelle Dayrit-Soliven, attended the Eucharistic Mass in honor of the Feast Day of the Our Lady of Fatima at the Ephesus House in Alfonso, Cavite.

The Eucharistic Celebration was spearheaded by the Most Reverend Charles J. Brown, Apostolic Nuncio to the Philippines, and was attended by around 400 guests, devotees and supporters. It was a meaningful reminder of the importance of compassion and a celebration of our faith.

One of Miladay’s well-known Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives is its continued support for The Hermitage-Ephesus Foundation Inc., particularly in the completed Phase 1 construction of The Ephesus House in Alfonso, Cavite— an exact replica of the home of our Blessed Mother in Turkey. As one of the supporters of the Eucharistic Celebration and in the ongoing construction efforts, the organization remains committed to creating a safe space dedicated to spiritual formation and reflection. 

Following the Holy Mass, attendees were able to witness the groundbreaking ceremony for Phase 2  of the Ephesus House compound, marking another meaningful step forward in the continuing development of the site. The next phase will pave the way for the construction of the Ephesus Convent, envisioned as a space for prayer, reflection, and community life, further deepening the devotion to the Blessed Mother and her enduring message of faith and love. The entire endeavor continues to honor her presence as a source of guidance and comfort for all who seek spiritual refuge.
