Order
Once your payment has been confirmed through our secure payment portals, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your order, your selected delivery option, and a unique reference number.
Please keep this information private, as you’ll need to present it upon delivery or pick-up.
From here, our team begins preparing your piece with the care and attention it deserves. We can’t wait for you to receive it
We truly look forward to placing your Miladay piece in your hands as soon as possible.
If we are unable to complete delivery or if your order remains unclaimed, we will gladly safekeep your piece for up to 30 days. During this time, our team will be happy to assist you in arranging a new delivery or pick-up schedule at your convenience.
Should we be unable to complete the release of your order within 30 days, the piece may be returned to our collection and made available once more. Your payment, however, will remain securely recorded with us.
You may then select another piece from our collections at your preferred time. We will be honored to help you find something equally meaningful, a piece that continues your story with Miladay.
For orders within Metro Manila, please allow approximately 1–3 business days from confirmation for your piece to arrive.
For deliveries to other areas within the Philippines, timing may vary based on our trusted courier partners, with an estimated lead time of 2–3 weeks.
International orders may take approximately 3–4 weeks to arrive, depending on destination and customs processing.
We understand that choosing fine jewelry is a meaningful decision.
You may request an exchange for another piece of equal value within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is returned in its original, saleable condition and accompanied by your official receipt.
Our team will be pleased to assist you in selecting a new piece.
If you wish to make changes to your order, Kindly inform us within 24 hours of payment confirmation, and we will assist in cancelling delivery. Should your request come after this period, our exchange policy remains available to you.
Delivery
Pick up from a Miladay store
Once you have received your confirmation email, you may visit the indicated Miladay store within 2–5 working days during store hours. Kindly present a printed or digital copy of your receipt and confirmation email. For your security, we also request a valid government-issued ID upon release.

Delivery through Miladay Moves
You may also choose delivery to your preferred address through Miladay Moves, our in-house delivery service. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days, depending on your location. Kindly ensure that your contact details and address are complete and accurate so we may deliver your piece without delay.

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your destination. Throughout the year, we also extend exclusive privileges and special offerings — we invite you to stay connected for updates.
While we make every effort to reach all Metro Manila locations, certain addresses may have delivery limitations. If we encounter any restrictions, we will inform you promptly before finalizing your purchase so that an alternative address or arrangement may be made.
