The Golden Hour Shines Bright at The Emerald: A Sparkling Launch for Miladay Fine Jewels and Art Exhibition

 Last May 25, The Golden Hour: Miladay Fine Jewels and Art Exhibition unfolded in radiant elegance, celebrating the private launch of its newest jewel and art showcase at The Emerald in Antipolo City. Welcoming a select gathering of VIPs, family, close friends, and members of the press, the event brought together the worlds of fine jewelry, contemporary art, and Filipino heritage in a refined and heartfelt celebration.

From 3 PM to midnight, guests were immersed in a day-to-evening affair that blended curated luxury with artistic brilliance. Elegant lounge spaces within the hall and open-air seating in the garden provided the perfect setting for an unforgettable experience.

 

The program began with welcome remarks from The Emeralds head, Mark Dayrit, followed by a warm address from Michelle Dayrit-Soliven, president of Miladay Fine Jewels. In her speech, Michelle extended deep thanks to the artists and partners who made The Golden Hour possible, and then invited Pintô Art Museum and Arboretum founder and president Dr. Joven Cuanang and renowned ceramicist Lanelle Abueva-Fernando onstage for the ceremonial ribbon cutting.

 

The highlight of the program was the onstage presentation of the exhibitions featured artists: Bea Policarpio, Camille Ver, Celeste Lecaroz, Chinnich, Dana Bote, Isobel Francisco, Kadin Tiu, Katrina Cuenca, Lanelle Abueva-Fernando, Madonna Mortera, Maria Pureza Escaño, Melissa Yeung Yap, Roma Valles, Sandra Fabie-Gfeller, Toots Magsino, Tracie Anglo-Dizon, and Valen Valero, with the special participation of Annika Buensalido, a member of the fourth-generation Dayrit.

Throughout the evening, music by Quartet Manila, an all-female string ensemble, elevated the atmosphere with three enchanting sets. As the sun dipped below the horizon, Michelle invited everyone to enjoy the sunsetThe Golden Hour is here,turning the moment into a luminous metaphor for beauty, legacy, and togetherness.

 

Guests also enjoyed an interactive Guess How Many Diamondsgame, with the winner announced by Sam and Alex Dayrit. As twilight gave way to evening, DJ sets by Vince Soliven and Julian Espino carried the celebration into the night.

 

The event featured exquisite catering by M Catering and Fine Foods and artisanal cocktails from Sulà Spirits, creating a vibrant and indulgent culinary experience. The Golden Hour launch was a celebration of enduring Filipino artistry and Miladays legacy of elegance, marking a shining new chapter in the brands journey.
