At Miladay Jewels, every jewel has a story, but the most important is the one that started it all. Our humble beginnings originate from a simple gift—a packet of loose pearls.

In the sixties, Mama Mila, a young wife with a passion for music, spent her days teaching piano lessons. Meanwhile, Papa Ting, the enthusiastic entrepreneur, was always on the go.

Little did they know that one of his business trips to Japan would be the start of a legacy that would span generations. Upon his return from the said trip, Papa Ting brought back with him a simple treasure — a packet of loose pearls, a heartfelt pasalubong for Mama Mila. These pearls, gleaming with possibilities, captured her imagination and ignited a spark within her.

Their children, Jaqui, Michelle, Mark, Christine, and Yvonne, ever curious and playful, played with the pearls like marbles. To them, they were tiny treasures that lit up their creativity and imagination.

Mama Mila also saw beyond the lustrous surface of the pearls. Her keen eye for design and admiration for beauty allowed her to transform them into exquisite jewelry sets. Each piece was a reflection of her passion and craftsmanship.
